Class Description Yoga: Yoga practice wih greater emphasis on releasing deep rooted mental and physical tension. Yoga 1 / Intro : Beginners / Introductory Yoga Open: All Levels, basic experience with yoga practice is recommended. Yoga 2: Intermediate Ashtanga: Yoga practice with greater emphasis on physical conditioning. Kundalini: 'Cleansing' yoga practice with rapid movements and greater emphasis on the energy system. Restorative: Yoga pactice with greater emphasis on gentleness and healing injuries. Yang Tai Chi : Martial arts Tai Chi combined with Qi Gong. Spring Yoga and Meditation Retreat
When we experience a quiet mind we are in our place of pure potential, a place of calm abiding. This opens to clear seeing and is the result of our efforts and dedication to the practice of meditation.
Shamatha Vipassana meditation has been practice for thousands of years and is a practice shared through hearing the teachings. Yoga is a union of body and mind and is meditation in movement. As we move mindfully through the yoga practice and combine this with deep meditation and contemplation our pure potentiality manifests. We are limitless and infinite. It is often metaphorically described as the sun’s first rays opening at dawn.
This spring retreat we will open the personal cocoon through these sacred and powerful practices. Through retreating and concentrated focus we experience ourselves and our practice in a deeper and more profound way. The retreat is open to all levels of practice. Preregistration is required.
Teacher Profile
Shauna Larson - Shauna has practiced yoga and meditation for over 15 years and is a Kundalini Research Institute Certified Yoga and Meditation instructor. She is a graduate of a Buddhist Seminary and an authorized meditation guide. Shauna leads a variety of workshops, classes and retreats as well as personal yoga therapy sessions. As a mudra space awareness instructor, she teaches meditation in action.

It is a service offered by dedicated teachers who sincerely believe in the good that yoga and meditation practice offers. A retreat of this caliber receives $150.00 to $200.00 per participant for the duration. Please take a moment to reflect on what the value is for you.
Your contribution for the retreat can be made via check to 'BODHI' and give at the beginning of the retreat when we finalize your registration.

"In little over three months since my quadriceps surgery, my knee flexibility increased from 30-45 degrees to 146 degrees. My surgeon found this to be an unexpected result for my category of knee surgery. He was amazed by the results obtained in such a short time.
